What each status actually means
Five milestones, defined the same way on every mode and every route — so a status always means the same thing.
Order Received
Booking confirmed, reference issued and shipping documents opened.
Processing
Cargo collected, inspected, consolidated and cleared for export.
In Transit
Moving on the planned international leg by air, ocean or road.
Arrived At Destination
Import cleared at the destination hub and ready for the final mile.
Delivered
Handed to the consignee with signature and photo proof of delivery.
Updated as it moves
Road and express consignments are updated as they progress along the route. Ocean and air shipments are updated at each carrier milestone — departure, transhipment, arrival and release.
Exceptions reach you first
If a vessel is delayed, a flight is offloaded or a border queue builds, we contact you with the revised plan — before the delay becomes your problem.
