We collect the information you give us directly — name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of the shipment you are asking about — together with technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our servers log automatically for security and performance purposes.

2. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To perform a transport contract, including customs filing where required by law.
• To send operational notifications about shipments you have booked.
• To send marketing communications, where you have subscribed and only until you unsubscribe.
• To meet legal, customs, sanctions-screening and accounting obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process operational data in order to perform the transport contract, customs and accounting records to meet legal obligations, marketing data with your consent, and technical data in order to keep this website secure and working.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the parties needed to move your cargo — carriers, agents, customs authorities and insurers — and with IT providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months. Transport and customs records are kept for the period required by applicable Mozambican customs and tax legislation. Marketing data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. Write to info@fastlogisticstd.cm and we will respond as required by the applicable law.

7. Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies and similar local-storage entries:
